Dear potential member, "Conceived by Hunters for Hunters" is both the founding philosophy and the reality of the Salt Valley Hunting Retriever Club. Our Constitution states its primary purpose to be: “...the betterment of Hunting Retrievers as a whole and to influence the breeding and training of a better and finer Hunting Retriever; to provide hunters and Hunting Retrievers a series of actual Hunting tests in a controlled system and furnish an ongoing educational program for the Hunters, for their training, experience, and sporting competition.” I may add one of the most significant strengths of the SVHRC organization is the friendly, wholesome, family atmosphere. The support and friendship that is found by everyone who becomes involved in HRC activities is truly inspiring. We would love to have you on our team.

Annual SVHRC dues are $25.00. Membership is for the calendar year. National HRC, Inc. dues are $25.00 for 12 months. The local SVHRC membership includes the family members living under one roof. A family has one vote. Memberships in the national HRC, Inc. is recommended of all SVHRC members. New and current members are solely responsible for the additional $25.00 for membership in the National HRC, Inc. After your first year, a renewal notice will come to you directly from National HRC, Inc and you are responsible for renewing your national membership.
